There are 3 main interfaces that can be used. Historically we suggested that people use SquirrelMail but the new Round Cube interface seems to be very nice to use. So if you are not sure what to pick just click the "Round Cube" one.

If you click "Enable AutoLoad" on one of these viewers you will not have to go through this selection window in the future. It will remember your preferred webmail viewer settings.
